Job Outline
We are looking for a strong person who is passionate about quality homemade food, who can support our Head Chef and run the kitchen in their absence.
We need an experienced chef for our very busy 120 seater café restaurant which is open 9am to 5pm, 7 days per week.
We are a well-established destination in Beaulieu in the New Forest and have our own productive garden from where the kitchen receives vegetables and fruit.
We’d love to talk to you if-
You have at least 2 years’ experience as a call order chef with some responsibility for managing other chefs.
Can show that you have contributed to menu ideas and managed a safe food handling system.
You can communicate clearly with your team.

Salary: £28,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
Hours of work: Serving times are 9am to 3.30pm
