We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Assistant Manager to join our New Forest team, working from our office in Lymington High Street.
Reporting to the Head of New Forest, you will be responsible for;
- Managing bookings and enquiries in person, over the phone and via email
- Handling complaints in line with the company complaints procedure
- Dealing with booking cancellations in line with company policy
- Providing excellent customer service whilst dealing with owners, customers and suppliers
- Managing general office admin including post, stationery orders, brochure requests and reports
You will have experience in customer care and have worked in a similar environment with a full understanding of the holiday lettings market, although ongoing training will be provided.
We are looking to recruit a friendly and personable individual, living in the area, that will be able to build a good rapport with customers, owners and suppliers and work well within a dynamic team.
The role will be 5 days a week and on call duty on a rota basis. Occasional Saturday working will be required when staff are on holiday.
A full driving license is essential.
