Job Outline
You will have experience in managing a Cafe and leading a team, this hands on role takes responsibility for all aspects of the business from food prep, menu planning, ordering, stock control, rotas, H & H, but with the primary function of increasing both customers and cafe sales. If successful, we will be looking to extend the opening during the summer and into the winter, which may lead to an extension of the contract and additional hours, should this be achieved.
