Job Outline
Supporting head and 2nd chef, starter & snack preparation, veg and salad prep, cooking on service passe between 3&6pm, washing up and general kitchen duties.
2 set days off per week (at present Friday & Saturday generally) .
12.30 – 9pm the other five days.
Opportunity in the near future for the right candidate to promote to 2nd chef.
