We are looking for a Customer Experience Coordinator to join our team at Avon Tyrrell, helping to support our customers through their journey with us in addition to promoting and selling our Outdoor Learning programmes and experiences.

The ‘Customer Experience Coordinator’ aids our best in class outdoor learning provision by:
Supporting the entire customer life cycle
Proactively promoting and selling outdoor learning programmes and facilities carefully matched to customer requirements and their learning objectives
To thrive in this role you will be confident working in a fast pace environment with a wide range of organisations and individuals to build strong customer relations and be able to deliver high levels of customer service.
