We are looking for a Customer Experience Coordinator to join our team at Avon Tyrrell, helping to support our customers through their journey with us. This is a full time role that will include weekends and later evenings on a rota’d basis over the summer.
The ‘Customer Experience Coordinator’ supports our best-in-class outdoor learning provision by:
• being the customer experience lead for the planning, coordination, and staffing of our programmatic outdoor learning delivery programmes
• proactively promoting and selling outdoor learning programmes and facilities carefully matched to customer requirements and learning objectives
• delivering excellent customer services to guests on site, facilitating a high-quality customer experience
