Job Outline
An exciting position has become available for a full-time Deputy Restaurant Manager based in Marchwood. The successful candidate will work 48 hours maximum (Guaranteed). Although you will receive a generous £30,000 basic you will be guaranteed to earn a minimum of £40,000 pa for the first 2 years.

Role Requirements
The successful candidate will have a passion for delivering excellent customer service experience to a high standard in a busy environment. You will have excellent communication skills along with the ability to manage and organise yourself and your team effectively and efficiently. You will be able to work well under pressure whilst maintaining good attention to detail. Own transport (no live in available)
Role Responsibilities
Applying commercial skills to meet sales and cost budgets.
Ensuring your team deliver excellent customer service.
Meeting operational expectations by implementing and maintaining high standards.
Motivating staff
Dealing with enquiries and complaints
Serving customers
Effective outlet merchandising
Helping organise promotions
Managing deliveries from suppliers
To ensure the safety of staff and customers Working to ensure that all health and safety, environmental health, trading standards and other regulations are adhered to
To ensure the security of the cash, stock, and equipment of the business
To supply cover when and where required due to holiday and sickness
Deputising for the General Manager/Manager where and when necessary Company
