Job Outline

We have an exciting opportunity for a Gift Shop Supervisor who enjoys engaging with people and has the skills to develop, motivate and train a small retail team in all aspects of operating a gift shop.  You and the retail team will deliver excellent standards of customer service.

The successful candidate will be customer focused with relevant skills and retail experience. You will assist in the management of stock processes to ensure the shop is well stocked and merchandised to a high standard. You will also promote sales and contribute towards achieving targets and KPI’s.

The expected hours will be 5 days a week and will include weekend working.
