Job Outline
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an HR Administrator to join our small HR team. The role is varied and interesting and the successful candidate will work in an efficient and collaborative way to provide support to the HR team through our recruitment and selection processes, new starter process (to completion of probationary period), learning & development, occupational health, volunteers and general HR administration.
With a professional approach and an understanding of the importance of working as a team you must also have the confidence to take ownership and responsibility for individual work. You will be able to communicate clearly with both internal and external customers and demonstrate your understanding and commitment to our values through your approach to your work and your behaviour towards others.
We ask that you can demonstrate:
- exceptional skill and attention with detail
- excellent organisation and time management skills
- experience of working with discretion and confidentiality
- current working knowledge of Office 365
