HR Manager Part-time
30 hours per week – minimum of 4 days per week Beaulieu Enterprises is a unique organisation with a diverse workplace which has many varied roles across the estate. About 250 people work full or part time in both permanent and seasonal positions.
This is an interesting and varied position providing HR services to Beaulieu Enterprises Limited including Beaulieu River and Buckler’s Hard, the National Motor Museum Trust, the Beaulieu Estate team, and, on occasion, other related entities.
As the HR Manager you will provide expert advice, guidance and support to the senior management team, and the wider business, in all areas of HR whilst demonstrating HR best practice and being the initial point of contact for all HR related matters. You will proactively ensure compliance with employment law and all other HR related regulations and requirements and raise upcoming changes and potential risk areas to the senior management team in advance.
You will be responsible for all aspects of recruitment and selection, dealing with contracts, staff induction and training. The role also includes developing and implementing HR policies, processes, systems and controls, in line with HR best practice, and business needs and priorities. This is a hands-on role.
It is important that you can multi task and prioritise your workload to meet deadlines. Most importantly you will be personable and have the ability to communicate at all levels. Discretion and confidentiality are essential in this role.
