Job Outline

We are looking for an individual with all round maintenance skills and experience, strong communication skills, comfortable working independently and as part of a small team.

You will be responsible for delivering a variety of onsite improvement projects, as well as oversee the general maintenance and upkeep of the 65-acre grounds and facilities areas.  This includes a selection of heritage listed buildings, outbuildings, and lodges.

Desirable experience, skills, and knowledge:

Experience of managing budgets and external contracts Experience of managing staff or deputising for line managers Experience of using plant equipment An interest in outdoor activities, conservation issues, historic buildings and general estate management or a willingness to learn.

ICT skills and an understanding of Microsoft office
