Job Outline

Our Retail Assistants work in our shops and our ride photography outlets.

For all areas you will deliver exceptional guest service in a fast-paced leisure environment and ensure every guest is provided with a unique family experience that represents the best value for money day out in a safe and quality environment.

You will be working in a variety of Retail outlets across the park and undertaking various duties, which include serving guests in the shops, stock replenishment, serving in the admissions kiosk, dealing with stroller hire & lost property in guest information, advising & informing guests in the photography kiosks, picking stock in the warehouse, preparing packages for our online store and balloon selling in Peppa Pig World.
