The Food & Beverage team at Paultons Park is looking for a Senior Supervisor to join our growing team. Working in Food & Beverage at Paultons Park offers the opportunity to take your career in a unique direction and work in an environment like no other.
Our Senior F&B Supervisors play an important role in the running of the Food & Beverage team. As well as overseeing the daily running of the department during operational periods, they also are integral in the recruitment and ongoing training and development of our seasonal team members.
You will play a key role in ensuring that our quality standards, in regards to food hygiene and service, are met through the recruitment, training and ongoing supervision of the right people.
To be successful in this role, you will need experience in leading a team in a Food & Beverage environment. Experience recruiting and training employees would also be beneficial. You will also need level 3 Food Hygiene and level 2 Food Allergen qualifications but if you haven’t already obtained these qualifications, we will help you achieve them.
The salary for this role will be £27,863 (salary review pending). As well you will also receive the following:
