Job Outline
We need a volunteer gardener to support our groundskeeper with general gardening and grounds duties across our wonderful 65-acre heritage site. This role will involve carrying out general gardening tasks to help restore and maintain the gardens and grounds and improve the aesthetics of the site, to provide a welcoming environment for all the young people and families who visit us.
Further Details
Tasks will include:
- Mowing, strimming, and digging.
- Pruning and trimming trees, hedges, and shrubs.
- Watering, weeding, and planting.
- Keeping pathways clean and clear of debris.
- Fixing/replacing fencing as required.
- Looking after the gardening tools and equipment.
- Soft and hard landscaping projects under the guidance of the Groundskeeper.
